Morgan is an excellent personal trainer for both young and old. She sets up fitness programs individually that took into consideration my health risks. Morgan always demonstrates exercises and makes sure they are done properly. She also helped me with a notebook to take home. There is nothing boring about Morgan or her techniques and she always has new exercise programs. She is very knowledgeable and motivating. Morgan is very knowledgeable about both form and function for weight training. She always explains what an exercise is meant to accomplish so we trained with a purpose.
